AHCY

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AHCY mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,259 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AHCY-associated genes across cancer lineages are KMT5A, CDCA2, and TARS3. Each is linked with AHCY in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AHCY-to-partner and partner-to-AHCY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KMT5A grouped by AHCY-low versus AHCY-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AHCY→partner) and Y-score (partner→AHCY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
