AHCTF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AHCTF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 510 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AHCTF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CES3, PDP2, and TMPRSS7. Each is linked with AHCTF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AHCTF1-to-partner and partner-to-AHCTF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CES3 grouped by AHCTF1-low versus AHCTF1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AHCTF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AHCTF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
