Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGXT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,081 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGXT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Multicellular organism growth, Amine metabolic process, and Pyruvate family amino acid metabolic process. Each is linked with AGXT2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGXT2-to-partner and partner-to-AGXT2 results are reported.
