Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGXT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 938 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGXT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYBB3, LGALS2, and SUN2. Each is linked with AGXT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGXT2-to-partner and partner-to-AGXT2 results are reported.
