AGXT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGXT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,106 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGXT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are POM121C, DCP1A, and TAF9. Each is linked with AGXT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGXT2-to-partner and partner-to-AGXT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POM121C grouped by AGXT2-low versus AGXT2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGXT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGXT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
