AGXT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AGXT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 294 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGXT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX13A, ERVV-2, and AWAT2. Each is linked with AGXT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGXT2-to-partner and partner-to-AGXT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX13A grouped by AGXT2-low versus AGXT2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGXT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGXT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
