AGXT

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGXT mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGXT-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, JNK_pT183_Y185, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with AGXT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGXT-to-partner and partner-to-AGXT results are reported.
