AGXT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AGXT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGXT-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB4, OR10W1, and DMRTB1. Each is linked with AGXT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGXT-to-partner and partner-to-AGXT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB4 grouped by AGXT-low versus AGXT-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGXT→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGXT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
