Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AGTRAP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AGTRAP data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher AGTRAP Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AGTRAP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, BLCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where AGTRAP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
