AGTRAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGTRAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 81 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGTRAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMB7P1, SNRPGP6, and RPL17P19. Each is linked with AGTRAP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGTRAP-to-partner and partner-to-AGTRAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMB7P1 grouped by AGTRAP-low versus AGTRAP-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGTRAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGTRAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
