Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AGTR2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AGTR2 data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher AGTR2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AGTR2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.

MESO, UCEC, and KIRC are the cancer types where AGTR2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
