AGT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,537 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PES1, SORBS1_S78, and FBLN5. Each is linked with AGT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGT-to-partner and partner-to-AGT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGT versus PES1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGT→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
