Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 913 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AGT-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYCLP2, RN7SL634P, and KRTAP8-2P. Each is linked with AGT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGT-to-partner and partner-to-AGT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYCLP2 grouped by AGT-low versus AGT-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGT→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
