AGT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AGT RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,881 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGT-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC43A1, ABLIM3, and SELENBP1. Each is linked with AGT in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGT-to-partner and partner-to-AGT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGT versus SLC43A1 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGT→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
