Across TCGA cell cohorts, AGT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,802 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maintenance of blood vessel diameter homeostasis by renin-angiotensin, Regulation of membrane hyperpolarization, and Regulation of renal sodium excretion. Each is linked with AGT in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGT-to-partner and partner-to-AGT results are reported.
