Across TCGA cell cohorts, AGT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 143 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGT-associated genes across cancer lineages are RTP1, CCR8, and CRISP1. Each is linked with AGT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGT-to-partner and partner-to-AGT results are reported.
