Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGRP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AGRP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN14P19, RNU6-467P, and OR4X2. Each is linked with AGRP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGRP-to-partner and partner-to-AGRP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEPTIN14P19 grouped by AGRP-low versus AGRP-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGRP→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGRP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
