AGRP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AGRP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,357 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGRP-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPAN16, TGM6, and WFDC10A. Each is linked with AGRP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGRP-to-partner and partner-to-AGRP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGRP versus TSPAN16 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGRP→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGRP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
