AGRN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGRN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,114 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGRN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LPIN1_S162, AKAP12_S651, and LAMC2. Each is linked with AGRN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGRN-to-partner and partner-to-AGRN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
