AGRN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGRN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,224 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAMTS9-AS2, TIMP3, and MYCT1. Each is linked with AGRN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGRN-to-partner and partner-to-AGRN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
