AGRN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AGRN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 392 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIL4, ACTR6, and OR5C1. Each is linked with AGRN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGRN-to-partner and partner-to-AGRN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
