Across TCGA cell cohorts, AGR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,264 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGR3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Receptor-mediated endocytosis of virus by host cell, Secretion by tissue, and Cytotoxic T cell degranulation. Each is linked with AGR3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGR3-to-partner and partner-to-AGR3 results are reported.
