Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AGPAT5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AGPAT5 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher AGPAT5 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AGPAT5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, SCLC, and PRAD are the cancer types where AGPAT5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
