AGPAT5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGPAT5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGPAT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, ATM, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with AGPAT5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGPAT5-to-partner and partner-to-AGPAT5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Annexin-1 grouped by AGPAT5-low versus AGPAT5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGPAT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGPAT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
