Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGPAT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,480 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGPAT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCM3AP, VPS26C, and IFNAR1. Each is linked with AGPAT3 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGPAT3-to-partner and partner-to-AGPAT3 results are reported.
