AGPAT3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGPAT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,461 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGPAT3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAXBP1, TRAPPC10, and PAXX. Each is linked with AGPAT3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGPAT3-to-partner and partner-to-AGPAT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGPAT3 versus PAXBP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGPAT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGPAT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
