AGPAT3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGPAT3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,349 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGPAT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXO6, NT5DC2, and DNAJB11. Each is linked with AGPAT3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGPAT3-to-partner and partner-to-AGPAT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGPAT3 versus FBXO6 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGPAT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGPAT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
