AGO4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGO4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,473 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGO4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUT, FOXD2, and ST20-AS1. Each is linked with AGO4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGO4-to-partner and partner-to-AGO4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGO4 versus DUT in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
