AGO4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGO4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,071 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGO4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP12, RPARP-AS1, and BOLA3. Each is linked with AGO4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGO4-to-partner and partner-to-AGO4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP12 grouped by AGO4-low versus AGO4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
