Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AGO3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AGO3 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher AGO3 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AGO3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UCEC, LUAD, and PDAC are the cancer types where AGO3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
