AGO1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGO1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,958 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZDHHC15, JAM2, and ZNF540. Each is linked with AGO1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGO1-to-partner and partner-to-AGO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGO1 versus ZDHHC15 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
