AGO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,026 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR51B2, RN7SL530P, and C1orf50. Each is linked with AGO1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGO1-to-partner and partner-to-AGO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR51B2 grouped by AGO1-low versus AGO1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
