AGMO

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGMO RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,821 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGMO-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RHPN2, SH3BGRL2, and KRT6B. Each is linked with AGMO in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGMO-to-partner and partner-to-AGMO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGMO→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGMO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
