Across TCGA cell cohorts, AGMO RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,261 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGMO-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Neuroblast differentiation, Sodium ion transport, and Positive regulation of low-density lipoprotein particle clearance. Each is linked with AGMO in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGMO-to-partner and partner-to-AGMO results are reported.
