AGMAT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGMAT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,482 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGMAT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEC, RAB31, and AEBP1. Each is linked with AGMAT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGMAT-to-partner and partner-to-AGMAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGMAT versus PLEC in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGMAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGMAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
