AGMAT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGMAT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,409 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGMAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPARC, FRMD6, and CERCAM. Each is linked with AGMAT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGMAT-to-partner and partner-to-AGMAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGMAT versus SPARC in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGMAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGMAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
