AGMAT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGMAT mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGMAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and PDCD4. Each is linked with AGMAT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGMAT-to-partner and partner-to-AGMAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by AGMAT-low versus AGMAT-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGMAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGMAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
