Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGKP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,910 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGKP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX3X, DDX3Y, and DDX3Y_S592. Each is linked with AGKP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGKP1-to-partner and partner-to-AGKP1 results are reported.
