Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGKP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,952 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGKP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Hormone-mediated signaling pathway, Metencephalon development, and Hematopoietic progenitor cell differentiation. Each is linked with AGKP1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGKP1-to-partner and partner-to-AGKP1 results are reported.
