Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGGF1P8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,549 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGGF1P8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear export, DNA-templated transcription elongation, and Neural tube formation. Each is linked with AGGF1P8 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGGF1P8-to-partner and partner-to-AGGF1P8 results are reported.
