The most reproducible AGGF1P7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining, Regulation of double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining, and Immune system development. Each is linked with AGGF1P7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGGF1P7-to-partner and partner-to-AGGF1P7 results are reported.
