Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AGGF1P5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated AGGF1P5 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), where higher AGGF1P5 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AGGF1P5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and LUSC show a favorable association.

TGCT, KIRC, and BLCA are the cancer types where AGGF1P5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
