Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGGF1P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,897 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AGGF1P4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Organic hydroxy compound biosynthetic process, Maintenance of location in cell, and Amino acid metabolic process. Each is linked with AGGF1P4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGGF1P4-to-partner and partner-to-AGGF1P4 results are reported.
