Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGGF1P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,808 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGGF1P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POGK, IKZF2_S433, and ZNF462_S1166. Each is linked with AGGF1P3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGGF1P3-to-partner and partner-to-AGGF1P3 results are reported.
