AGGF1P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGGF1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,647 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGGF1P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGGF1P1, EBLN3P, and ZFP62. Each is linked with AGGF1P2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGGF1P2-to-partner and partner-to-AGGF1P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGGF1P2 versus AGGF1P1 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGGF1P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGGF1P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
