The most reproducible AGGF1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, Nucleosome organization, and Epigenetic regulation of gene expression. Each is linked with AGGF1P1 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGGF1P1-to-partner and partner-to-AGGF1P1 results are reported.
