AGGF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGGF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,750 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGGF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MSH3, TBCA, and RPS6. Each is linked with AGGF1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGGF1-to-partner and partner-to-AGGF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGGF1 versus MSH3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGGF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGGF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
