AGGF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGGF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,922 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGGF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H2, SNX18P8, and RNU1-132P. Each is linked with AGGF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGGF1-to-partner and partner-to-AGGF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11H2 grouped by AGGF1-low versus AGGF1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGGF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGGF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
