Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, AGGF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 520 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AGGF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRM2, MAGEB10, and PRAMEF8. Each is linked with AGGF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGGF1-to-partner and partner-to-AGGF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRM2 grouped by AGGF1-low versus AGGF1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGGF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGGF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
