Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AGFG2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AGFG2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher AGFG2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AGFG2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where AGFG2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
